I need a system designed for managing and monitoring a small-scale parking lot of less than 50 spaces. The system should provide:

- Real-time occupancy tracking: This feature will track the number of cars parked in the parking lot. Advanced monitoring with analytics is preferred.

- License plate recognition: This component should have the ability to accurately capture license plate details from parked cars. Experience with optical character recognition (OCR) technology would be advantageous.

This project does not require integration with any existing systems, making it a stand-alone solution. The ideal freelancer for this job will have experience in system design, parking lot management, occupancy tracking, and license plate recognition methods. Knowledge of related security aspects would be valuable too.
