Handwritten Telugu OCR Development

I'm needing someone skilled to build a personal project of mine. The objective is to develop an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solution that can accurately detect handwritten Telugu text. This system needs to be capable of recognizing text from a variety of age groups and improve its performance as the dataset expands. Feature Requirements: * Tailored to recognize handwritten Telugu text. * Capable of learning from a variety of age groups. * Performance improvement with dataset expansion. The ideal person for this role would have experience in OCR projects, programming, and a strong understanding of the Telugu language. Unfortunately, I do not have a specific dataset to provide, so you will have complete freedom in selecting or crafting the ideal dataset for this purpose. Suggestions are always welcomed. Your main focus can be any type of handwritten text. It's essential that the system could recognize varied hand-writing styles of Telugu written language with high accuracy.
