Description: We are looking to develop a ticketing system to streamline ticket sales, event management, and ticket validation processes for event organizers in Canada. This will consist of two mobile apps, one for users to buy tickets and one for organizers to post events. The apps should be user-friendly and efficient, catering to both our event attendees and administrative staff. Project Overview: The app will allow users to register, browse upcoming events, purchase tickets, receive QR codes for entry, and manage their profiles. Organizers will be able to create and manage events, handle ticket sales and event guestlist, validate tickets at the venue, and generate analytics reports. Technical Requirements: - Frontend Development: React Native, responsive design, state management (Redux/Context API), navigation and transitions, UI/UX (Figma). - Backend Development: Node.js, RESTful APIs, secure authentication (JWT/OAuth), PostgreSQL, database/data table creation. - Payment Integration: Stripe, PayPal, support for multiple payment methods. - QR Code Integration: QR code generation and scanning, real-time ticket validation. - Push Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging, OneSignal. - Analytics and Reporting: Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, custom report generation. - Security: Data encryption, secure storage, GDPR compliance, sign-in OTP integration. Budget: $5000-6000 Timeline: 2-4 months Skills Required: - Proven experience with mobile app development using React Native. - Strong knowledge of Node.js and API development. - Experience with payment gateway integration (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). - Proficiency in database design and management using PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with QR code generation and validation. - Knowledge of integrating push notification services. - Understanding of user experience principles and responsive design. - Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Experience with testing and quality assurance methodologies. - Knowledge of deploying apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. - Ability to provide ongoing support and maintenance post-launch.
